When you enter a name, telephone number, or address in a search form, that entry goes to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of the search. If you send us a message, we receive the details you choose to provide and use them to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary server logs that can contain an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review this information in aggregate to maintain the site and learn which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How We Use Information
The limited information described above helps us operate the site, diagnose faults, count visits, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor assemble individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Sites
Links may lead to Clark County offices, Washington agencies, court systems, library collections, or outside search services. Their privacy terms govern information submitted on those sites. The same is true for sponsored results supplied by a third-party company; that provider, not this site, processes entries sent to its service.
Who May Receive Information
Hosting and support providers may process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners can receive the automatic information described in this policy. We may also disclose data when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor information.
How Information Is Protected
An encrypted connection serves the site. Server logs are retained only while needed for the purposes stated above. Because there are no visitor accounts, this site holds no user password or account profile.
Visitors Under Age 18
This service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if you believe a minor supplied such information so we can delete it.

Your place of residence may give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. Washington has no verified omnibus consumer privacy law that creates a universal deletion right for ordinary people-search data. The Washington My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, grants rights for consumer health data within that law's defined scope; it does not erase deeds, voter records, or other government files.
